The Biodynamic Preparations

A practical Experience

Goerg will lead a workshop in which he will give a brief introduction to biodynamic agriculture and then will lead participants in stirring and spraying the biodynamic preparations on the Dornach Hill.

When:Language: English, German, FrenchGeorg was born in September 1976, in Germany. He is a biodynamic wine maker and viticulturist. He has worked on farms and vineyards around the world including in the USA, South Africa, France, Germany, Italy, etc. He now works at the University for Applied Science in Geisenheim doing a research project on comparing conventional and biodynamic wine production.
